Click any picture for full size image. These are the effects of a 7mm Rem. Mag. rifle shooting a 150g. Swift Scirocco at 3,000 fps through both lungs on a 2x3 Mule deer at 50 yds. These are for informational purposes for my fellow hunters trying to decide on bullet choice and shot placement.

Remember, this deer barely flinched at the shot and still was able to run around 70 yards. I thought he was unhurt until he finally face-planted and even then, he got up and made it another 30 yards further. This was only a 1 1/2 or 2 1/2 year old buck. Tough guy!
